OpenStreetMap integration in version v4.19

A new version of Flight Plan for DJI, v4.19, was approved by the App Store and will be available on Tuesday, September 22nd, 2020. v4.19 upgraded Flight Plan to the latest DJI SDK, added an OpenStreetMap base layer, and added support for several new drone types. The list of supported drones now includes:

- Phantom 4, Phantom 4 Pro & Phantom 4 Advanced, Phantom 4 Pro V2.0, P4
- Matrice 600 & Matrice 600 Pro, RTK and Ronin MX
- Phantom 3 Standard, Advanced, 4K & Professional
- Inspire 1, Inspire 1 Pro & Inspire 1 RAW
